PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

KEITH SCHAFFER, together with its affiliated brands, websites, programs, products, services, and business properties (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to responsible collection, use, protection, and disclosure of personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you interact with any website, landing page, funnel, assessment, survey, registration form, event, webinar, workshop, training, consulting or coaching service, digital product, newsletter, community, media property, artificial-intelligence-enabled service, or other online or offline offering that links to or references this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not override rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable privacy law.

2. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our websites and landing pages; event and webinar registrations; surveys and assessments; consulting, coaching, strategy, training, and educational programs; email and text communications; digital downloads and online products; scheduling and calendar systems; customer relationship management systems; artificial intelligence and automation tools; payment and transaction systems; social media interactions where we control the information collected; and other services that expressly reference this Privacy Policy.

A third-party website, application, platform, or service may have its own privacy policy. When you leave our Services or interact directly with a third party, that third party’s privacy practices may govern.

3. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or business address, company or organization, job title, professional role, account information, event registration information, survey responses, assessment responses, consultation information, questions, comments, feedback, testimonials, and other information you choose to provide.

When you participate in a workshop, webinar, assessment, coaching engagement, live demonstration, or similar experience, we may also collect information about your goals, challenges, desired outcomes, business circumstances, professional interests, and responses to exercises or questions.

If you submit a challenge, prompt, document, idea, business issue, question, or other material for an AI demonstration or consultation, that information may also be processed as part of delivering the requested service.

We may automatically receive technical information when you interact with our Services, such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, approximate geographic region, date and time of access, link interactions, cookie identifiers, advertising or analytics identifiers, and other standard website or application telemetry.

When you purchase a product or service, payment information may be collected and processed by payment processors acting on our behalf. We generally do not need to directly store complete payment-card numbers, although we may retain transaction records and related billing information.

4. INFORMATION YOU SHOULD NOT SUBMIT

Unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate method for doing so, please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, financial-account credentials, protected health information, trade secrets belonging to another party, attorney-client privileged material, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary forms, AI prompts, surveys, webinar challenges, or email.

If you submit information relating to another person, organization, client, employer, or customer, you represent that you have authority to provide that information for the purpose for which it is submitted.

5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to provide and operate the Services; register you for events; deliver personalized Zoom or other meeting links; communicate event schedules and reminders; administer assessments and surveys; generate scores, recommendations, reports, or personalized results; provide consulting, coaching, training, and educational services; respond to requests and questions; deliver digital products and resources; manage customer relationships; schedule appointments; process transactions; provide customer service; personalize your experience; improve our programs and content; measure engagement; analyze business performance; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; comply with legal obligations; establish or defend legal rights; and perform other purposes reasonably related to the context in which you supplied the information.

Where permitted by law, we may also use contact information to send educational information, invitations, newsletters, offers, product announcements, event information, and other communications that we believe may be relevant to you.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in the message or by contacting us.

6. EVENT, WEBINAR, AND LIVE-PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

When you register for an event, workshop, webinar, live demonstration, or online meeting, information may be shared with platforms necessary to administer that event, such as webinar, video-conferencing, CRM, email, calendar, and automation providers.

Some events may be recorded.

If an event is being recorded, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice. If you voluntarily appear on camera, speak during a recorded session, participate in a live demonstration, or otherwise contribute content that may become part of a recording, your name, image, likeness, voice, statements, or materials may appear in that recording.

Participation in public demonstrations, testimonials, case studies, or promotional uses may be governed by additional consent or release terms where appropriate.

This Privacy Policy itself is not intended to substitute for a separate recording, testimonial, publicity, or intellectual-property release when one is legally or commercially appropriate.

7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING

We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, transcription, summarization, analysis, or similar technologies to help deliver or improve the Services.

For example, these technologies may assist with evaluating responses, summarizing information, developing educational content, preparing recommendations, analyzing prompts, generating drafts, supporting customer service, producing personalized materials, or improving administrative workflows.

Information processed through these technologies may be transmitted to third-party technology providers acting on our behalf.

We seek to use such tools responsibly, but you should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, or proprietary information into an AI-enabled feature unless the feature is specifically designed and authorized for that information.

Automated output may contain errors and should not automatically be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

8. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our Services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, session technologies, link tracking, UTM parameters, and similar technologies to operate websites, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure engagement, improve performance, attribute registrations or purchases, prevent fraud, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Some technologies may be provided by third parties.

Depending upon your jurisdiction and the technologies in use, you may have the right to reject certain non-essential technologies or opt out of certain forms of targeted advertising or data sharing.

We do not currently promise that every browser “Do Not Track” signal will be recognized because there is no single universally implemented technical standard for such signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism, we will take reasonable steps to comply.

9. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, such as CRM and marketing-automation providers, website and hosting providers, webinar and videoconferencing services, cloud-storage providers, email and messaging services, payment processors, scheduling platforms, analytics providers, technology consultants, artificial-intelligence providers, security vendors, and professional advisers.

Examples of platforms we may use include services such as HighLevel/LeadConnector, Zoom, Dropbox, payment providers, cloud-hosting providers, and related technology vendors. The specific providers we use may change over time.

These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us, subject to their contracts, policies, and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, subpoena, court order, governmental request, regulatory obligation, or legal process; protect our rights, property, systems, customers, or users; investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations; prevent physical or financial harm; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or protect the rights and safety of others.

If our business, a brand, a website, or substantially all relevant assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale, transfer, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

10. WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION AS A BUSINESS MODEL

We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties for monetary consideration as part of our ordinary business model.

We also do not rent customer or registrant lists to unrelated marketers.

We may, however, disclose information to service providers and technology partners that perform functions on our behalf, as described in this Privacy Policy. Certain privacy laws use unusually broad definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” that may include some advertising or tracking technology even where no money is exchanged.

If our practices constitute a legally defined “sale” or “sharing” in a jurisdiction that gives you an opt-out right, we will provide the legally required method for exercising that right.

11. MOBILE AND TEXT-MESSAGING PRIVACY

If you voluntarily provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may use that number for communications you have authorized, including reminders, scheduling, service notifications, customer support, or marketing where legally permitted.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless clearly disclosed otherwise.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

You may reply STOP to unsubscribe from applicable automated text messages and HELP for assistance.

Mobile telephone numbers, text-message opt-in information, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers that assist us in delivering messaging services and performing related operational functions.

12. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link provided in our messages.

Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may continue to send transactional or service-related communications when necessary, such as registration confirmations, security notifications, purchase information, meeting information, requested resources, or communications relating to an active customer relationship.

We may retain limited suppression information to ensure that an unsubscribe request continues to be honored.

13. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Depending on the system involved, these measures may include access restrictions, authentication controls, encryption in transit, vendor security measures, secure hosting, backups, monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.

No Internet transmission, cloud service, email system, database, or storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We also encourage you to use appropriate safeguards when communicating sensitive information to us.

14. DATA MINIMIZATION AND RETENTION

We seek to collect information reasonably related to legitimate business purposes and to avoid retaining personal information longer than reasonably necessary.

We may retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain customer and business records, satisfy contractual commitments, comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, or recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, preserve suppression preferences, or establish and defend legal claims.

Retention periods may vary according to the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, the systems involved, and applicable legal requirements.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it consistent with our operational and legal obligations.

15. AGGREGATED AND DE-IDENTIFIED INFORMATION

We may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information that is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual.

We may use and disclose such information for analytics, research, business planning, educational development, benchmarking, product improvement, and other lawful purposes.

Where required by applicable law, we will not attempt to re-identify information that has been lawfully de-identified.

16. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending upon where you live and which privacy laws apply to us, you may have rights regarding personal information we maintain about you.

These rights may include the right to request access to personal information; obtain information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and recipients; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion, subject to exceptions; obtain a portable copy of certain information; opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; object to or restrict certain processing; appeal a privacy-rights decision; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

Rights differ by jurisdiction and are subject to legal exceptions.

To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will use verification information only for legitimate verification and security purposes.

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require reasonable evidence of that authorization.

17. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and other California privacy laws.

Where those laws apply to us, California residents may request information regarding categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, categories of sources, business or commercial purposes, categories of recipients, and certain disclosures of information. They may also have rights to correction, deletion, portability, opt out of legally defined sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information for money as part of our ordinary business model.

If we engage in activity legally characterized as “selling” or “sharing” personal information under California law, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.

California consumers may also contact us regarding applicable rights under California’s “Shine the Light” law concerning certain disclosures for third-party direct marketing purposes.

18. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights where those laws apply to us.

Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and appealing certain decisions.

This section will be interpreted consistently with applicable law as state privacy requirements continue to evolve.

19. EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND, AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL USERS

If applicable data-protection law requires us to identify a lawful basis for processing, we may process personal information based on your consent; performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract; compliance with legal obligations; protection of vital interests; or our legitimate interests or those of another party, provided those interests are not overridden by applicable individual rights.

Legitimate interests may include operating and improving our business, communicating with customers, protecting our Services, preventing fraud, analyzing performance, and promoting relevant products or services where permitted.

International users may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to an appropriate supervisory authority.

Information may be transferred to or processed in countries other than the country where you reside. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

20. CHILDREN

Our Services are intended primarily for adults and business or professional audiences.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in circumstances governed by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act without legally required parental consent.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information in violation of applicable law, please contact us so that we may investigate and take appropriate action.

21. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our Services may contain links to websites, downloads, social networks, payment services, calendar systems, webinar platforms, cloud-storage services, and other resources operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services that we do not control.

You should review the privacy policy of a third-party service before providing information directly to it.

22. BUSINESS CLIENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION

When we provide consulting, training, speaking, assessment, strategy, or other services to an organization, some personal information may be provided by the organization rather than directly by the individual.

Where another organization determines why and how personal information will be processed, that organization may be the data controller or business responsible for providing appropriate notices, and we may process information on its behalf.

23. TESTIMONIALS, FEEDBACK, AND PUBLIC CONTENT

If you provide private feedback, we will treat it according to this Privacy Policy.

We will not intentionally present private feedback as a public testimonial without an appropriate basis or permission.

If you expressly authorize us to use a testimonial, case study, endorsement, photograph, video, recording, or other identifiable content publicly, additional consent or release terms may govern that use.

You may contact us with questions about the scope of any authorization you have provided.

24. INFORMATION SUBMITTED THROUGH ASSESSMENTS AND SURVEYS

Information supplied through assessments, surveys, questionnaires, intake forms, or diagnostic tools may be used to calculate results, create personalized recommendations, understand your circumstances, improve our services, provide educational or consulting guidance, conduct aggregated analysis, and communicate with you regarding relevant services or resources.

Assessment results and recommendations are informational and educational unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not automatically legal, medical, financial, psychological, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

25. DATA BREACH AND INCIDENT RESPONSE

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we may investigate the incident, take reasonable steps to contain or remediate it, cooperate with vendors and authorities as appropriate, and provide legally required notifications within applicable time periods.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates a contractual obligation to provide notice beyond what applicable law requires.

26. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, technology, vendors, business operations, or legal requirements.

The revised policy will display an updated “Last Updated” date.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.

Your continued use of the Services after a revised policy becomes effective will be governed by the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
